Products
What does “Research Use Only” mean?
Every product on this site is supplied strictly for laboratory, scientific and analytical research. Nothing we sell is for human or veterinary use, or for therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic or food applications. We do not provide dosing or treatment information.
Are your peptides tested?
Yes. Products are third-party tested for identity and purity, with a certificate of analysis (COA) per batch. Request the COA for your lot on the Lab Reports page.
What form do the peptides come in?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials, labeled with the compound name and strength. Reconstitution water is available under Supplies.
How should products be stored?
Keep vials sealed and away from light. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature during shipping; for longer storage keep at 2-8°C, or -20°C for extended periods. Storage guidance is on each product page.
Why is a size out of stock?
Stock is updated in real time. If a size is greyed out in the Quick Shop panel, it is temporarily unavailable – check back or ask us for an ETA.
Ordering & Payment
Who can order?
Independent and qualified researchers, laboratories and institutions, 21 years of age or older, who agree to our Terms & Conditions.
What will appear on my card statement?
A discreet receipt code (for example T-BC10), never a product name. Your order confirmation email lists the code alongside the item so you can match them.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards through a PCI-compliant processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders that have not yet been processed can be changed or cancelled; once shipped, our Refund & Returns Policy applies.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States, from within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders placed before the daily cut-off ship the same business day; most arrive within 3-5 business days. Full details in the Shipping Policy.
Is shipping free?
Domestic orders over $200 ship free. Otherwise a flat rate applies at checkout.
My package is late, damaged or missing – what now?
Report it within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos, and we will open a carrier claim and replace or refund. See the Shipping Policy for what to include.
Returns & Support
Can I return a product?
Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened research materials cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded.

Do you offer wholesale or institutional pricing?
Yes – laboratories and institutions can contact us for a quote.
