Overview
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Because our products are research materials, returns are accepted only under the conditions below.
Conditions
- Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
- Items returned due to misuse or violation of the Research-Use-Only policy will not be refunded.
- Products that were not stored as directed after delivery do not qualify for return, exchange or replacement.
- Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
Report within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or refund it; see the Shipping Policy for carrier-claim details.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5-10 business days. Refunds on refused or undeliverable packages are issued minus original shipping and any applicable fees. Your statement shows the receipt code from your order, not product names.
How to Start a Return
Use the contact form or email info@tidegenix.com with your order number and the reason for return. We respond within 2 hours during customer service hours.
