TideGeniX works to deliver your research products safely and on time. This policy explains how we process and ship orders, delivery timelines, coverage, and what to know before ordering.
1. Delivery Coverage
We ship to valid addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. Some compounds may carry carrier or location restrictions; if we cannot ship your order for that reason we will let you know promptly.
2. Order Processing & Transit Times
Orders are processed the same business day after payment verification. Orders are not processed on Sundays or recognized holidays.
Cut-off time: orders placed before 2:00 PM PT ship the same business day; later orders ship the next business day.
Delivery time depends on your location, the shipping method selected at checkout and carrier transit time. Delays caused by carriers, severe weather, emergencies, security holds or public-health restrictions are outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Free shipping on orders over $200.
- Standard shipping: flat rate $16 to all U.S. locations, estimated delivery 3-5 business days.
- Processing: same day if placed before 2:00 PM PT (Monday – Saturday).
- Shipping time: 2-4 business days. Estimated total: 3-5 business days.
4. Package Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you have not received it within 24 hours of processing, contact us at info@tidegenix.com.
5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments
Missing or damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your name, shipping address, order number, and photos of the product and outer packaging; we will open a claim with the carrier.
TideGeniX is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received. We recommend shipping to a secure or monitored address.
6. Handling & Storage
Many research peptides require specific storage (2-8°C refrigeration, or -20°C depending on the compound). Once delivered, proper storage is the customer’s responsibility; products stored incorrectly no longer qualify for return, exchange or replacement. Storage guidance is on each product page.
7. Address Accuracy
Provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrectly entered address.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or cannot be delivered, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees. Refunds on returned packages are issued minus original shipping costs and applicable fees.
